The Fully Automatic Bun Divider and Rounder are hydraulic-powered machines that fully automate the process of dividing and rounding dough for buns. Simply set the desired weight for each bun, and the machine handles the rest. Powered by four cylinders, two cylinders press the dough, one cuts it, and the final cylinder rounds the dough.

The control panel allows for adjustments to pressing, rounding, and shaping, along with the ability to configure the chamber opening time. The machine also features an automatic Knife Cleaning Button to maintain high hygiene standards. You can store up to 10 different programs to meet your needs, and it offers language customization for easy operation. It comes with No. 3 plates.

The Semi-Automatic version provides manual dough pressing, with cutting and rounding done via levers, while the dough shaping chamber is adjusted using a joystick with a numerical scale. This version is also supplied with No. 3 plates.
