The Upper Small Bakery B1100 Package includes all the essential equipment needed to start a bakery. With these machines, you can produce bread, buns, rusk, puffs, khari, cakes, and much more.

We offer our customers a complete package, perfectly suited for medium-sized bakeries and cafes in malls. In addition to our B-1100 Rotary Rack Oven, this package includes equipment such as a Planetary Mixer, Spiral Mixer, Manual Sheeter, Table Top Slicer, along with moulds and trays. With this setup, you can produce bread, buns, rusk, biscuits, sponge cakes, and khari. It has the capacity to produce up to 168 kg of bread per hour.

Each Baking cycle is considered as 30 minutes. Based on recipe and other factors, baking cycles and production capacities may vary.
Rusk and Khari since baking is done twice, each baking cycle is considered as 30 minutes.

Due to moisture content and evaporation while baking, there will be a variation in the Dough.

Other Raw Materials Required  for Production of the above

Maida, Salt, Sugar, Oil / Dalda, Water, Yeast, Imrpover, Milk Powder, Custard Powder, Egg, Gel, Vanilla, Baking Powder and Filling. The quantity varies based on the recipe chosen by you.
