B-1700 BAKERY RUSK PACKAGE
An Ideal layout for the B-1700 Rusk Package
If you’re looking to set up a semi-automatic rusk plant, look no further. KGN Bakery proudly offers a comprehensive bakery package specifically designed for rusk production. This package includes two ovens: the B-1700 Rotary Rack Oven for the first baking process and the B-2200 Rotary Rack Oven for the second baking. In addition to the ovens, it features equipment such as a Spiral Mixer, Flour Sifter, Single Pocket Divider, Take Off Conveyor, Economic Moulder, Prover, Industrial Slicer, Packaging Machine, along with moulds and trays. With this setup, you can produce up to 2 tonnes of rusk during a 16-hour shift each day.
The medium B1700 Bakery package contains all the equipment needed to start a medium sized to large bakery. With these machines, you can make bread, bun, rusk, puff, khari, cake and others in a good sizeable quantity.
