Ovens with a Smart Controller

The oven features a touchscreen panel that allows you to store your recipes. We’ve upgraded our ovens with WiFi, 4G, and 5G connectivity, enabling remote diagnosis and troubleshooting of basic error codes, helping you save time and reduce production downtime. This smart machine can even predict when spare parts should be ordered ahead of time, preventing unexpected breakdowns.

This rotary rack oven is specifically built for large bakeries. Under optimal conditions, it can produce 1,680 loaves of bread or 5,040 buns per hour. It is very safe to use, featuring either an analog or touchscreen PLC panel. Its unique airflow design and thermal efficiency help conserve energy. Made from durable stainless steel, the oven is available in multiple fuel options, including Electric, Gas, Diesel, CNG, PNG, and LDO.
