KGN Bakery offers a rotary rack oven specifically designed for large bakeries. It is highly safe to operate, featuring either an analog or touchscreen PLC panel. With its unique airflow design and thermal efficiency, it helps conserve energy. Made from durable stainless steel, this rotary rack oven is available in a variety of fuel options, including Electric, Gas, Diesel, CNG, PNG, and LDO.

Ovens with a Smart Controller

The oven features a touchscreen panel for storing your recipes. We’ve made our ovens smarter by incorporating WiFi, 4G, and 5G capabilities, allowing remote diagnosis and troubleshooting of basic error codes, saving you both time and minimizing production downtime. This advanced machine can even predict when spare parts need to be ordered ahead of time to prevent breakdowns.
