Rotary Rack Oven 1800

KGN Bakery presents a rotary rack oven, specially designed for large-scale bakeries. Under optimal conditions, it can produce 1,344 loaves of bread or 3,456 buns per hour. It is extremely safe to operate with either an analog or a touchscreen PLC panel. The oven’s unique airflow design and thermal efficiency help save energy. Made from durable stainless steel, this rotary rack oven is available in various fuel options: Electric, Gas, Diesel, CNG, PNG, and LDO.

 
 
 
 
 

The oven is equipped with a touchscreen panel that allows you to store your recipes. We’ve enhanced the intelligence of our ovens by integrating WiFi, 4G, and 5G, enabling remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of basic error codes, which helps save time and minimize production downtime.
