We’ve made our ovens smarter by incorporating WiFi, 4G, and 5G capabilities, enabling remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of basic error codes, which helps save time and minimize production downtime. This advanced machine can even predict when spare parts should be ordered in advance to prevent breakdowns.
If your bakery is having trouble meeting production demands, this rotary rack oven is the ideal solution. It can produce up to 336 kg of bread per hour under optimal conditions. With either an analog or touchscreen PLC panel, it is very safe to operate. Its innovative airflow design and thermal efficiency help reduce energy consumption.
